Omega Speedmaster Professional "Speedy Tuesday" Limited Edition
Celebrating the 5th anniversary of #SpeedyTuesday, this makeover of the 1978 Speedmaster “Alaska Project III” is anti-reflective and easy-to-read with a matte-finish case and large radial numerals on the sub dials. The "reverse panda" style sets white opaline silvery sub dials against a black dial, encircled with a black aluminum bezel ring. The applied vintage OMEGA logo is rhodium-plated, the hour markers coated with super-LumiNova and all markings and sub dials are coated with luminescent ink. There is a central OMEGA logo on the domed hesalite crystal. Universal Genève Compax 22705/1 Brushed Dial & Stepped Track
Universal Genève chronographs are becoming some of the most sought after watches out there. They are consistently showing strong results at important auctions and through private sales. Some even pin them as becoming the next Daytona's and Speedmaster's. Here we have a special and beautiful example of a Compax. This one was manufactured in 1960 and given as a present to a manufacturing executive in 1961 (See Case Back Pictures). The appealing aspect about this Compax is its brushed and stepped dial. If you look closer at the center dial you will notice the subtle lines and if you focus on the outer dial where the Tachymeter runs you will see a small elevation or step. Another cool factor about this dial is the blue Tachymeter lettering. The Compax is such a simple yet beautiful chronograph that is bound to become a classic.

Omega Speedmaster Apollo XI Limited Series in 18K Yellow Gold
Accompanied by an Omega Archives Extract confirming the official production of the present watch on April 9, 1970 and its subsequent delivery to Hong Kong. The watch also comes with an Omega image gallery box containing 20 original color pictures of the moon landings. The Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 model in solid gold was created in the fall of 1969 to commemorate Apollo 11’s successful Moon landing. A total of 1,014 were produced especially for NASA astronauts, two for the President and Vice President, and the remaining were made available for the general public to acquire. The available examples were assigned an engraved dedication, Omega Speedmaster - Apollo XI 1969 - The First Watch Worn on the Moon, and numbered. The very small amount offered to the general public was available in two versions. The present watch is from the second version, with the engraving on the case back painted in a burgundy color, which complements its burgundy colored bezel. This watch also features the second version of the dial, showing a round ‘O’ in the OMEGA signature as opposed to the earlier version, which is more oval-shaped (for an example of the first version of this reference see lot 14). Preserved in very good original overall condition, the present watch is number 971 of this limited series. An example of all three casebacks made in this series are illustrated described in OMEGA, A Journey Through Time by Marco Richon, 2007, p. 605.
