Patek Philippe Gondolo 10 Day Power Reserve 5100R with Set of Box & Papers
The Patek Philippe reference 5100 cased in rose gold and powered by a manual movement came around in a very interesting period for the manufacture. A 10 day power reserve was pretty much unheard of with most watches having a 36 to 48 hour reserve. Reference 5100 borrowed design features from the famed reference 2554 known as "Manta Ray, manufactured for a short period of 8 years. After all the pieces were made a strictly limited series in yellow gold, pink gold, white gold, and platinum - the tools to make the reference 5100s case were destroyed, so that the watch can never be exactly recreated - making it a truly a limited edition. Available now is a full set example in fantastic original condition.
